Shipping policy

 

**Order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout**

Ready to ship items are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Customized items usually ship or are ready for pick-up within 10 business days. 

Due to the nature of some of our products, order volume may affect wait times. In the event that we are unable to ship your order within the time frame provided above we will update you as early as possible.

Canadian Shipping

We offer $12 flat rate shipping within Canada.

 

International Shipping

We ship to the U.S.A for a flat rate of $17 C.A.D.

Other countries rates are calculated at checkout

*International shipping does not include any fees such as duties that may be due upon receipt*

 

Pick-up 

Free Pick-up is available. Once your order is ready you will be contacted to schedule Pick-up. Currently only available evenings and Saturdays. 

Delivery 

$5 Delivery is available only if you are within 10km of us. Once your order is ready you will be contacted to schedule delivery. Somone must be there to receive your package or authorize us to leave at your front door

We cannot store orders longterm so you are expected to Pick-up, have delivered or have shipped no later than 3 weeks after order is already. After that time you forfeit your order.
