Shipping policy

 

**Order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout**

Ready to ship items are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Customized items usually ship or are ready for pick-up within 10 business days. 

Due to the nature of some of our products, order volume may affect wait times. In the event that we are unable to ship your order within the time frame provided above we will update you as early as possible.

Canadian Shipping

We offer $12 flat rate shipping within Canada.

 

US Shipping

Due to Tariffs and Duties please contact us with your intended order. We will let you know the shipping cost including Tarrifs and Duties. If you agree we will send you an order link . Thank you for your patience. 

 

Pick-up 

Free Pick-up is available. Once your order is ready you will be contacted to schedule Pick-up. Currently only available evenings and Saturdays.

We cannot store orders longterm so you are expected to Pick-up, have delivered or have shipped no later than 3 weeks after order is already. After that time you forfeit your order.
